Individual counseling

A person who is psychologically balanced, feels happy and can deal with the various experiences that life brings. When this balance is disturbed, for whatever reason, counseling can help to restore our mental stability.

You can contact us for almost all psychological complaints, such as burnout, anxiety, self-esteem issues and depressive symptoms.
Also when there is a wish for more ease and personal growth, we can give you the tools to go through life in an increasingly more peaceful and authentic way.

Couples counseling or family counseling

We can relate to each other in a way that improves the feeling of openness, intimacy and connectedness or in a way that is closed off, destructive and without connection. Healthy relating leads to intimacy, security, trust and fun.
If, for whatever reason, this is not happening (anymore), we will feel the effects immediately. Counseling can be helpful in restoring the desired intimacy, connection and trust, leading each person to again follow the path that is authentic to him or her. Even when this means going in a different direction, this can happen with love and connection.
